This Copyright Statement pertains to TLTH, all its programs, and all sites owned and operated by Becky Knouff. For independent sites it is included in the site navigation and has the banner heading of the particular site or a link to this page.
The main layout and design graphics for all my sites and programs, which have the same design, was done by me.
Awards received are all direct linked to the web site which gave them to me. The only exception is when the link is lost or broken.
Anything used from other web sites has a link provided. When required, poems are direct linked by the titles where available and author's names are indicated on the poem at the beginning or end. Using any of these I expect visitors to comply with these rules also.
I try to comply with all rules set down by artists. Sometimes due to many unforeseen problems, mistakes are made. When informed of a certain mistake or problem, it is fixed upon notification by the artist. The artist may at any time request removal of their graphics from this web site.
Graphics put together by me, are often created using graphic tools from other artists. All the tools used by me are placed in a list called Graphics Links (click on preceding title to visit this list). I include in this list any graphic artist whose creations have ever been or are still being used by this web site. The link to this complete list appears in the footer credits of most sites. Becky K's Graphics has the link in the navigation bar. TLTH Interactive and TLTH Topsite has a link to Graphics Links on their main pages. Specific credit is given where these graphics are used.
Most of what has been written has been taken from my own personal experience or because I know the situation well. Anything that does not have a link associated with it was written by me (Becky Knouff) or is freely given to me with permission, and the person required no other linking. I do have the permission to use the information in this web site not written by me, and it can at any time be removed at the request of the person who granted me permission to use it. Where a person offers me the information, I do mention the person's name who gave me the information unless it is not required by the person who gave the information to me. Where it has been taken form other web sites, I include a link to the web site this information was taken. I wish all visitors to ask for permission before using anything from this web site. It will show respect for me, and the other contributors.
Note about Becky K's Graphics & Writings: (This site.) Free stuff may use tubes from time to time or pictures given to me. They were given to be used as I choose and were given as gifts. Other sources are included in the list of Graphics Sites on the Graphics Links Page of this site. The custom graphics and web designs will not use any tubes, but may use pictures which I myself have taken with a digital camera, or from gifts I have been given. Most are totally created by me, unless a customer supplies something they wish to be used in the design. In this case, they will be told that they bear the burden of honoring copyright laws. If I find a customer has breached this in any way, I will refrain from working with this customer in the future.
