Scripture Reading ... John Chapter 19

The Ultimate Sacrifice was paid on the day Jesus died on the Cross on Calvary. His full majesty was realized and His reward was great. Jesus was exalted above all other human beings.

The culmination of His life and final sacrifice was all a representation of love beyond what any of us can espress. Every thing he endured and suffered He did because He loved us.

Today, when someone dies an obituary appears in the newpaper. If an obituary was to be written about Jesus, it would probably look something like this, Jesus Obituary. (The Jesus Obituary was sent to me by Email from Hope Cundiff.)

Let's remember this great gift which has been given to us and make the most of it. Let us all give honor to the sacrifice of Jesus by following the example He set while He walked on this earth and by accepting Him into our hearts and lives.
